Student House Kazimierzowska — for students who prioritise price and metro access
Student House Kazimierzowska is located in Mokotów, about 250 metres from Racławicka metro station. It provides convenient connections to universities and central Warsaw, with shops, cafés, parks and sports facilities nearby.
It is the most budget-friendly Student House property.

- double room — 1,600 PLN per person/month;
- triple room — 1,300 PLN per person/month;

Rooms include beds, wardrobes, desks and Wi‑Fi. Kitchens and bathrooms are shared. The building also has laundry facilities, while common areas are cleaned regularly.

Student House Domaniewska — choose between a standard room and a private studio
Student House Domaniewska is around 150 metres from Wilanowska metro station and about a ten-minute walk from Łazarski University. This makes it particularly convenient for students who value quick access to both the university and the metro.
The main advantage of Domaniewska is the range of accommodation types: standard rooms with shared facilities as well as studios with a private kitchen and bathroom.
Standard room prices start from:
- 1,150 PLN per person in a quadruple room;
- 1,450 PLN in a triple room;
- 1,780 PLN in a double room;
- 2,300 PLN for a single room.
Studios are also available:
- for three people — 1,680 PLN per person;
- for two people — 2,300 PLN per person.
Studios have a private kitchen and bathroom, Wi‑Fi and Smart TV. Standard residential blocks have shared kitchens and sanitary facilities; each block is designed for six residents.
Best for: students who want to choose their comfort level according to budget, from an affordable shared room to a fully independent studio.
Pavilions Domaniewska — a private studio room for one person
Studio Rooms Domaniewska is located within the Student House Domaniewska complex and is designed for students who value privacy and independent living.
Each studio includes:

- single bed;
- wardrobe;
- desk;
- Wi‑Fi;
- utilities included.
The price is 2,900 PLN per studio/month. Residents can use the laundry room with washing machines and dryers in the main Student House Domaniewska building. Wilanowska metro station is about 150 metres away, and Łazarski University is around a ten-minute walk.
Best for: a student who wants to live alone with a private kitchen and bathroom while remaining within a student residence environment.

Racławicka Apartments — maximum independence
Student Apartments is located in Mokotów within a few minutes’ walk of Racławicka metro station. The surrounding area offers cafés, restaurants, shops and sports facilities.
This is not a traditional dormitory format, but a more independent apartment-style option.
The apartments include:
- private kitchen;
- private bathroom;
- Wi‑Fi;
- study area;
- furniture;
- washing machine;
- utilities included in the price.
Kitchens are equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave, induction hob, kettle and dishwasher.

If the lowest monthly cost is your priority
Start with shared rooms at Student House Kazimierzowska or Student House Domaniewska. The most affordable published options begin at 1,050–1,150 PLN per person/month.
If you study at Łazarski University
Student House Domaniewska and Pavilions Domaniewska are especially convenient: both are around a ten-minute walk from the university and close to Wilanowska metro station.
If Racławicka metro is important
Consider Student House Kazimierzowska or Racławicka Apartments. Kazimierzowska is the more economical option, while Racławicka Apartments are better suited to students who want a private kitchen and bathroom.
If you want to live alone
Options include a single room at Kazimierzowska, a single room at Domaniewska, a private studio at Pavilions Domaniewska or an apartment at Racławicka. The main difference is the level of privacy: a single dormitory room may still have shared kitchen and bathroom facilities, while a studio or apartment gives you a fully private space.
Room or studio: what are you paying more for?

A place in a double, triple or quadruple room can reduce the monthly cost considerably. It can be a practical choice if you spend most of the day at university, in the library or elsewhere in the city.

A slightly more expensive room may be better value if it is close to your university or metro station. Over an academic year, saving 30–40 minutes of commuting every day can matter more than a small difference in rent.

The difference between a single, double and quadruple room is not only the price.
More residents usually means a lower cost per person but less personal space, so decide in advance how important quiet and privacy are to you.
